I just completed a 4 month contract at Euro RSCG. Their current San Francisco office is in the building that was once the SF Press Club. It hosts this great 1920’s bar along with dark wood paneled libraries, an upstairs fireplace, and 3 working phone booths. Additionally, there are big, cushy cubicles where the workers have their own closets, a detail that I loved. Unfortunately, the wiring in the building is also about 100 years old and the place was a nightmare for IT so in June, they’re moving over to Levi’s Plaza to join the ranks of agencies in big, converted loft type spaces. Lots of light, not so much character. Glad I got the chance to capture this unique room for my blog. I may do some work on this as I’d like to add figures and maybe some color to the drawing.
